Front forks are Ohlins RVP25 and rear shock is RSP40. We work with Mike Norton who worked with Valentino Rossis for 12 years in MotoGP - he brings a wealth of experience to the team! We have two shocks for each rider so we can test back to back set ups in one session.
Our Swingarm was produced by MB in Italy, for Yamaha Racing - the same spec as the WSB team. Full CNC for strength and reliability. We have several suspension links to work with to look for the best possible performance/grip/tyre life and different tracks and in different temperatures.
NOVA gearbox, STM clutch
Produced to design by the Yamaha Racing factory in Italy, it's fully carbon fibre and features a new air scoop design Magnum motorsport modify our fairings slightly to suit our exhaust system. In testing the new fairing has proved to reduce wheelie as it is more aerodynamic
Produced by Yamaha Racing in Italy, our fuel tank provides a lower centre of gravity and aerodynamic benefits, as well as improving rider comfort.
Full titanium system from Akrapovic developed specifically for Yamaha Racing. We have modified the headerinserts in house to suit the 2020 cylinder head shape.
We use Brembo calipers and discs both front and rear with SBS brake pads. For the rear brake both riders now use a standard foot rear brake and BMX style hand brake linked through a special dual master cylinder and HEL brake hoses.
17" front and rear OZ forged aluminium six-spoke wheels, anodised not powder coated to save weight.
New 2020 wiring loom by Mototronics, MOTEC ECU as per BSB regulations.
